Allow a human being to come to harm
A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings

Except where such orders would conflict with the First Law
A robot must protect its own existence
As long as such protection
Does not conflict with the First or Second Law

All human races and all generations have
Creators and geniuses
Who are among us
Shared inspiration brings people together but
A world of sparkling neurons and impulses
It exists for limited time in the Universe

Just look and find somewhere inside
What′s in the firmware of a robot’s heart
His electronic soul′s so pure
Even if some robots have humanity
What about you
(Through inaction allow a human being to come to harm)

People in power are willing to hide a mess
Together they push progress
Into abyss
Divided and broken
What are they fighting for
What should we do to make the fire cease
Why’re so many innocent hearts
Losing calm and peace

Just look and find somewhere inside
What’s in the firmware of a robot′s heart

If we created three laws for robots
Why shouldn’t we follow them ourselves
Just three rules
Three simple truths
Just three
